The quartet will be performing a program of Haydn (Op. 20, no. 6), Beethoven (Op. 74, ‘Harp’), and Schubert (’Quartettsatz’) at ‘de Ruimte’ gallery:  Pieter de Hooghstraat 22, Amsterdam.

The Quartet will be performing in San Sebastian Spain, with the Musikene Chamber Orchestra (program to include Elgar Introduction and Allegro for String Quartet and Orchestra). Concerts on 3 and 4 April.

The Quartet will perform in Sabadell, Catalunya, on April 17, 2009. Program as follows:

Jean Sibelius´“Voces intimae” und Erinnerungen an einen guten Freund
– Quartets of Aubert Lemeland, Jean Sibelius, and Luis de Pabló

The Quartet will perform two concerts at the Charlottesville Chamber Music Festival in Charlottesville, Virginia (US), on September 17 (8:00PM) and September 20 (3:00PM), 2009. Programs TBA. (To include Schubert Quartettsatz, Bartok Quartet #6, Beethoven Op. 131, and Brahms Bb Sextet.)

The quartet will be in residency at the Savonlinna Music Academy in Finland, both teaching and performing, for its 2009 season.

The quartet will be again in residence for teaching and concerts in Cervera, Spain, from July 22 to July 31. More information is available at the Curs Internacional de Música Cervera web site.

The quartet will be performing at the 40th annual Deutscher Bratschistentag on November 9th, with violist Karin Wolf. The performance will take place at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf, with the program as follows:

Haydn: String Quartet in A Major, Op. 20, no. 2
Mozart: String Quintet in D Major, K. 593
Beethoven: String Quartet, Op. 74 (”Harp”)

The performance will be at 7:30 PM, in the Partika-Saal.

Archetier Stephane Muller completed a set of bows for the quartet (Earth, Air, Fire, and Water), which was used for the concert in Cervera, Spain, on July 22, 2008. Congratulations again from the Quartet to Stephane for his work, and here they are to see… more pictures will follow.
